Maximum occupancy is 2 adults per room/suite (Maximum occupancy for the Penthouse suite is 4 adults)

Additional beds can be placed in suites for N7,500 per person

An additional 50% on room rate will be charged for all late check out from 12 noon to 6 pm.

Payment can be made in USD, GBP & EUR using prevailing hotel exchange rate

All hotel rooms and interiors are fully NON SMOKING. N10,000 fine is incurred for any infringement.

Displayed website rates are for single occupancy guests. Extra charges for double occupancy apply at check in.

CHILDREN POLICY

There is no room charge up to 2 children under 12 years when sharing accommodation with parents.

Cancellations

Cancellations—If any confirmed guest reservation is cancelled the Hotel must be notified by phone call or written notice from the customer informing the Hotel of such cancellation at least 24 hours prior to arrival. The Hotel shall levy a discretionary charge of the equivalent of one night per reservation in the case where the reservation is not cancelled within the specified time period.

· Before 6pm on the day reserved—a charge of 15%

· Between 6pm and 9pm—a charge of 50%
